No payment is taken when you place an order and no payment details are collected on this site. Once your order is placed, our support team will contact you to agree the payment method and provide the payment details. By arranging payment with us:

• You acknowledge that you own or are authorised to use the account or wallet the payment is sent from.
• You agree to use only the payment details we confirm to you directly from our official support address.
• You accept that some payment methods are irreversible once sent, and we will tell you when that is the case.
• You will not attempt to reverse or dispute a payment once your order has been confirmed and dispatched.

We will never ask you for card numbers, passwords or account credentials by email. If you receive a request that does not come from our official support address, do not act on it and contact us.

6. Payment terms

• Payment must be sent only to the details confirmed to you in writing by our support team.
• Orders are reserved when placed, and confirmed for dispatch once payment is received and verified.

8. Refund and return policy

• Where a payment method cannot be reversed, replacement products will be sent instead.
